In the Ryhthms of Life training, we explore what Jesus says about being fully alive and discover ways we can practice wellness in our life. The Ruthless Wellness assessment is the first step in this series and can be used as a stand alone practice.
Ruthless Wellness is an in-depth reflective assessment of our current wellness practices, helping us determine the efficacy of and motivation behind the things we do to be well. We invite you to take the journey with us.
- Register here and let us know how we should deliver it to you.
- Set aside approximately 3-4 hours to complete the assessment (can be in 1 block or broken out into several)
- Optional: Use the included group discussion guide to meet with 1 or more people and reflect together on the process.
Someone will followup afterward to discuss enaging in part 2 of the training: Practices for Flourishing.
The workbook is 45 pages and designed with space and tables for recording your own reflections. However, we understand some may prefer to work from a PDF using digital tools (ie: Apple Pencil) or their own journal. Please indicate below your preference.
